Reservation Policy
- $250 Booking Deposit required with signed contract within 7 days of making reservations
- Tax Exempt forms must be presented with signed contract
- Rooming list required 2 weeks prior to check-in date
- Itinerary plan finalized 2 weeks to check-in date.
Deposit Policy
- 1st Night Stay plus tax required 30 days prior to check-in date
- Balance due upon arrival (Checks require prior approval)
- Refunds paid 15th day of following month
Cancellation Policy
- Group may cancel total reservation up to 30 days prior to check-in time
- Booking Deposit of $250 (Forfeited)
- Rooms may cancel 15 days prior to check-in /$10.00 Fee (If less than 14 days prior to arrival deposit is forfeited.)
- No cancellations permitted within 14 days prior to check-in time
