OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
1. Description of Sweepstakes. The Skyline Hotel & Suites (the "Sponsor") is offering the "SKyline Hotel Sports Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes will award a prize via a random selection of valid entrants. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Nov. 18, 2009 CDT and ends April 30th, 2009 at midnight CDT.("Promotion Period"). At the conclusion of the overall Promotion Period there will be one Sweepstakes Drawing Period ("Drawing Period") executed on the following schedule:
Drawing Period begins at 12:01 AM on the first of the event Nov. 18th, 2009. Ends at midnight on the day of April 30th, 2009. Drawing to be conducted on or before the first week of the following month. Winners will be notified upon being selected via email or phone.
2. How to enter. No purchase necessary. Visit www.dellsweb.com and by completing a short survey and by providing your teams' name, first name, last name, address, daytime phone number and email address, you are automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) original entry per team per sweepstakes event period. By subscibing to the email service, entrants understand their entry information will be used by the Sponsor for subsequent marketing and communication efforts.
3. Prize. One (1) $500.00 Cash Donation is given to the selected sports team. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid enteries received during the Drawing Period. There is one (1) prize available in 2010 with a total value of prize of $500.00.
4. General. Winners will be notified by email or phone to confirm acceptance of the prize and to verify the mailing address for the prize. Potential winner must respond within five (5) days of first attempted notification or at Sponsor's discretion he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to allow use of his or her teams name, voice, statements and/or photo for advertising this or similar promotions without limitation and without compensation, except where prohibited. ALL TAXES ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not exchangable, transferable, and there are no cash substituions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunctions, and virus distribution or by human error which may occur in the process of recording on-line entries at web page. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to entrants' computer hardware or software that may occur as a result of entrants participating in the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any entrant to interfere with the operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of any dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the email account. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical or other difficulties outside of Sponsor's control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and in such event to select winners through a random drawing from among all valid entries received before such termination. All entries are the property of the Sponsor.
5. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United SStates and the District of Columbia who are members of a sports team. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employess, officers, and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of the Skyline HOtel & Suites, any any other company involved in the design, execution or production of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.
6. Release. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD SPONSORS AND THE EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS, OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESION, USE OR MISUSE OF , OR DEFECTS IN PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE. PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, AND/OR DEFAMTION.
7.Winners List Request. Confirmed winner will be announced at approximately three (3) weeks following the end of each Drawing Period. To obtain a list of all the winning team, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Skyline Hotel & Suites, 1970 Wis. Dells Parkway, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin 53965 postmarked by May 30th, 2010.
